Can I order for a whole event?
Yes — add the quantity you need to each item. For mixed finishes or different engraving, add separate items or describe your requirements in the brief.
How much will my order cost?
Our pricing is transparent and tailored to your order. Your itemised quote shows unit prices, ribbons, personalisation, any mould or setup charge, delivery and applicable tax. You approve the full cost before placing your order.
Can I include names or a logo?
Add names and engraving in the personalisation field. For a logo, tell us about it in your brief; artwork files can be arranged when your specification is confirmed.
When will my order arrive?
Our lead time is 4–6 weeks from final artwork approval and deposit payment. Include your event date with your enquiry and we will confirm the delivery schedule before you order.
Do I pay when I submit?
No. This website currently accepts quote requests. No payment is collected and no purchase is confirmed when you submit.
